Toll International is continuously looking for qualified and experienced construction project scheduling professionals and technical experts to join our team.
 
If you are an experienced professional construction project scheduling or technical expert at architectural, design, construction or technical consultant, a 3D Max, 3D Viz, Adobe Phothoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Primavera specialist, an IT guru or have experience working for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, the MTA, NJTransit or any of the City of New York agencies or its departments, we will be more than happy to speak to you.
 
For architectural digital rendering and animation positions, priority will be given to those candidates with an Architectural Design background and in-depth knowledge and experience of 3D Max, 3D Viz, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator software packages.
 
For construction management and resident engineering positions, priority will be given to those candidates with Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect and/or Special (Construction) Inspection Licenses.
 
For scheduling and estimating positions, priority will be given to those candidates who have previously worked for heavy construction contractors.
 
For IT staff, priority will be given to those who demonstrate experience with the integration of the Oracle/Primavera product suit, BIM/CAD Technology and/or Document Management Software such as OpenText.
 
For business development candidates, we require a proven track record generating annual revenues in the Architecture-Engineering-Construction industry in excess of $1.50 Million.

At the completion of  each contract assignment, you will receive  a discretionary vacation bonus equivalent to up to 6% of paid-time-off (PTO) for each billable hour worked. If desired, you may also dedicate some of your time-off at the end of each contract assignment to career enhancement activities,  related training and technical skill development and obtain educational reimbursements for up to $4,000 once you are reintegrated into a new project.

After 3 years of full-time service, you will become eligible to earn up to 25% of your salary in tax-deferred bonuses based on overall business performance.
